She is highly trained in motivational interviewing and is known for her practical, empowering approach.
Ashleigh believes effective sports nutrition is about more than just data and meal plans—it’s about equipping athletes with both the knowledge and the real-life skills to fuel their success. Each plan she creates is individually tailored to suit the unique needs, routines, and goals of her clients—their personal “recipe for performance.”
A skilled and engaging presenter, Ashleigh is formally trained in public speaking and has delivered lectures at institutions including the Australian College of Physical Education and the Fitness Institute of Australia. She is passionate about translating complex nutrition science into clear, relevant, and engaging content for audiences of all ages and experience levels.
Ashleigh’s connection to sport is personal—she grew up as an elite swimmer and remains an active surfer and ocean swimmer. This lived experience gives her a unique ability to relate to and inspire the athletes she works with.
Above all, Ashleigh is a passionate advocate for fostering a positive, enjoyable relationship with food. With deep knowledge of food products and practical cooking strategies, she loves helping athletes discover how to make nutritious food taste incredible—especially when they need to eat a lot!
