Individual Services
Initial consultation (75 minutes) - $250
During this time Ashleigh will:
Seek to truly understand your key reasons for wanting to engage her for a consultation, including your training, health and performance goals.
Make sure she is across your medical history and how this relates to any challenges or barriers in terms of nutrition prescription.
Review your weekly training schedule, including opportunities and challenges in relation to your food/nutrition intake.
Take a comprehensive food history and analyse its appropriateness in relation to your athletic goals.
Take anthropometric measures, only if appropriate to your nutrition journey and with your consent.
Provide personalised evidence based nutrition advice, education and resources relative to your circumstance. This may include goal setting or a basic daily nutrition plan based off the time we have available within consult.
Followup Consultation (30 minutes) - $100
Followup consultations allow us the space to review your practical applications of advice provided, devise how to overcome barriers and tackle any new challenges.
From experience I highly recommend that clients see me every fortnight to review. This is because after more than 15 years of consulting, I see the best results with this approach. For success with nutrition, behaviour change needs to occur and this takes time and re-wiring of habits. Accountability and continued education will only amplify results.
Skinfold testing (15 minutes) - $65
Skin fold testing is a quick, non-invasive method that uses calipers to measure 8 key sites. By monitoring physique and any changes over time, your nutrition and training can be manipulated to best support performance. Please note: Not all physique changes = improved performance.
7 Day Meal Plan - $350
